I had a phone screen and then a 45-minute in-person interview that included a tour. I felt my qualifications were strong without exaggeration. There were two interviews in total, but no follow-up from the manager or HR. I was initially told I'd get a decision in 2 days to a week, but it's now been 6 weeks with no update. This was a disappointing experience as a candidate, suggesting the company doesn't value candidates' time or experience. It's important to remember Mazama is a small business in a small town, and a little communication goes a long way.
