First, I had a phone interview. Then, depending on where I lived, they paid for me to fly out for an in-person interview. It was a bit weird because I ended up interviewing with the same person I spoke to on the phone, but I guess that's how they do things.

The process involves a lot of tests. Initially, a third-party company handled the first steps, including a reasoning test, a written English test, and a phone English test. Then, there was a remote interview with the third-party company. After these stages, an in-person interview was conducted.

Couple questions about my experience, what I can bring to the company. When I can start. Do I mind travel. Can I work independently, will I take a drug test, will I be able to work weekends. Do I have a valid passport. How well do I work with others. Rate my electrical skills, mechanical skills, customer service skills.
