It was a panel review with three interviewers asking questions. They asked a mix of general interview questions and some specific to the job to see if I knew my stuff for the role.

The interview process was straightforward and included a quick screening call, an interview with the hiring managers, and a final interview with clients. Everyone was professional throughout. I felt respected and treated professionally, and there was nothing negative. I declined the offer because I felt I was qualified for a higher position. Perhaps more flexibility could be offered. Some reviews mentioned job descriptions were unclear and broad, which felt like a trap.

So I applied online and then the recruiter sent me a full application to fill out. I didn't mind doing it, but I wish I'd talked to the recruiter first because they didn't give me much info about the company or the job. It would have been nice to know what I was getting into. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was pretty good. They were nice and easy to talk to, and we chatted a lot about the job and the company. They asked some good questions about why I thought I'd be a good fit and what experience I had. I felt pretty comfortable and got the info I needed to know if I was interested. But, here's the weird part, it turns out I was rejected during the interview, and nobody told me. That was super confusing and a bummer. I messaged them to see if it was a mistake but never heard back. The whole lack of communication and explanation felt really unprofessional and would have totally messed up the interview if I'd realized it was happening.

The interview process was quite long, but they made sure to keep me updated the whole time. My experience overall was positive, and I would suggest interviewing with them. The work is engaging and stable.
