This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever interviewed for. They stringed me along throughout the entire two months. First I met with the HR director. My next interview was with the incumbent and the VP of Operations shortly thereafter. After my onsite interview they told me I would have one more interview and I received an email stating I was not selected after the weekend was over. Anyone considering working here with their limited budget should reconsider your options. Don’t waste your time.

I interviewed for a position at Poseidon, which is a sub brand of Maytronics located in Paris. Keep in mind: the hiring manager will make some assumptions about you throughout the interview. It's your job to figure out what those assumptions might be and then clarify or correct them.

Behavioral Other

Started with HR, then met the Regional Manager. After that, I had an interview with 5 Regional Managers and the VP of Sales. The process felt a bit redundant because they asked a lot of the same questions again. They then scheduled another interview after the third one. But the very next day, a different HR person let me know I wasn't selected. The whole process was messy, and honestly, I was surprised a company this big would make you think you're moving forward, only to reject you the next day via email. It's a really unprofessional way to interview people. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Behavioral Other

It was a multi-stage process, starting with a phone call, then a Zoom interview, and finishing with an in-person meeting. I had the chance to talk with several people in different roles, mainly in sales. The scheduling and whole process took a while, and it felt like not everyone was really into it.
