It was a 30-minute interview with one person, done over Teams. They didn't ask a lot of questions, and it felt like you were supposed to sell yourself to them. Even though the people seemed friendly and it could appear easy, it was actually difficult because there wasn't much guidance.

So for my internship interview, there were two rounds. First, I had a phone chat with a recruiter, just asking some basic stuff about my background and what I've done. Then, the second round was a video call with the hiring manager and someone else from the team. They went deeper into my skills and what I've done that fits the job. The whole thing was pretty simple, just checking if I'd be a good fit with the team.

The entire process was super simple and straightforward from beginning to end. It didn't feel like I was jumping through hoops or dealing with something too formal or technical. It felt really natural, like having a real, back-and-forth chat with someone who was actually listening and responding in a thoughtful way. There was a natural flow that put me at ease and made the experience not only efficient but also surprisingly nice and human-focused.
