There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first was a regular phone screening where the hiring manager wanted to see how serious I was about the position and explain the job. The second was another phone screening with a team member to check my genuine interest and if I was looking for this specific role. The final round was a panel interview with 5 members, mostly focusing on behavioral questions, where they presented situations and recorded my answers.

Confirmed questions3 questions

I interviewed for a few different analyst roles at Mayo, and all 3 experiences were identical. The interviewers were really stoic and not engaging at all. They didn't even let me introduce myself, which I found strange because I'm a person, not a robot. They just jumped straight into behavioral questions for the full 60 minutes. After each interview, I decided I wouldn't want to join that team. Now I realize it's not just the team, but the company culture. They need to lighten up and be more personable.
