I had a really thorough interview process, which I respected. They asked great, challenging questions. The team there seriously took their time to evaluate candidates. I got an offer, but then it was rescinded because of a miscommunication between the hiring team and the recruiter. It was a brutal ending.

Recruiter call, then an in person interview, then a final call and I got the offer. Overall it was a pretty smooth process. The interviews were pretty easy, no crazy questions asked. Everyone seemed nice during the process. The salary was a little low when they gave me the offer.

I was first called by HR for a phone screen, then I went to the office for an interview. Three people interviewed me at the same time: my direct supervisor and two HR people, one of whom did the phone screening. We passed around my resumes, and everyone took turns asking questions. It was very efficient and professional. The interview stayed on topic, but they also threw in some jokes, making it a breeze. It was one of my favorite interviews because of these things.

The interview process was great, really well organized and professional. They gave me a tour at the end. It really seemed like everyone there was happy and passionate about what they do at Conrex. It's a new company and they definitely need some support and help.
