Ticket Puller
It was a quick and simple interview process. The hiring manager was really nice and directly discussed the job responsibilities and what they expected from the role. I'd suggest this job to others. The interview itself was pretty basic, and the vibe was really relaxed.
- Are you able to withstand hot conditions?
LMS Administrator
I had a phone interview with the Director of Learning and Development, which went well. They then asked me to create a presentation using Camtasia, a critical software for the role, as part of the interview process. In a follow-up interview, they reviewed my presentation, and I was then moved on to meet with the VP and Director. I felt things were going well. An outside vendor sent a survey that summed up my personality and skills with odd questions, and I didn't understand the correlation. During the final meeting, I felt I could have answered some questions better, but I did my best. I asked them questions, and they asked me quite a few as well. One thing that stood out was the lack of diversity in staffing, which made me question their affirmative action practices as a southern, family-owned business. The HR structure, as explained, didn't seem very defined, with no recruiting team. The VP of HR asked some questions that seemed more management-oriented than fitting for the role I was applying for.
- Can you describe a situation where you faced a tight deadline with constraints, potentially requiring you to compromise your code of ethics to complete the task? How did you ensure the job was done by the deadline?
