First, you need to write an essay explaining why you're a good fit. Then, there's a basic call with HR. After that, a video call with HR and an engineering lead where you'll talk about yourself, your skills, and why you'd be a great fit. Finally, you visit the company for interviews with the team and a manager. It's a pretty chill interview.

Fluent English is a must due to the international nature of our clients, who are major car manufacturers. The interview will be conducted in English. This is a high-pressure role within a Taiwanese company serving international car makers. We'll be looking at your time management and project management skills.
