The interview went great they asked me some domain related questions and i was able to answer them. This was followed by HR where i was tested on communication and other aspects and maybe i failed there

Due Diligence Underwriter
I got messaged by their recruiter on LinkedIn and had a quick Zoom call with them. Then, I interviewed with the head of credit for my second interview, where they asked me some really specific questions. After that, I had a third interview with a TM, which was unusual but they said they adjusted the process because I knew the usual person. This third interview was similar to the second, but mostly focused on me discussing my experience and future career goals. The fourth and final interview was a 'values' interview, which was super unstructured and asked really basic questions like 'What do you like and dislike about your job?' and 'How do you handle mistakes or communicate?'. Honestly, I felt like that interview should have been the first one. They emailed me three hours after the last interview to say they weren't hiring me for a 'minor' reason and suggested I reach out in the future. I was totally blown away because I had four 30-minute interviews, I felt like I nailed all their questions, and their goal is to grow significantly. I would have turned down the offer anyway based on recent reviews, even though they do offer great benefits from day one. The first three interviews were good, but the last one felt awkward, forced, and unnecessary. Basically, I feel like I wasted my time with all these interviews just to be rejected after a 'values' interview.

Mortgage Underwriter
So, like, the company didn't really seem to care about my time. I went through four interviews over two weeks, and everyone seemed to really like me and said they wanted to hire me. After each interview, I'd get a call from HR. But then, after two days of waiting, I reached out to HR myself and they told me there weren't actually any openings, even though they want to bring me on. That's something they really should have told me way earlier in the process. It's super frustrating, especially since I asked in the first interview if they had positions open and if they were busy.
- What's your reason for wanting to leave your current job?
Mortgage Loan Processor
My final interview was a total disaster. The interviewer was very unprofessional, she did the interview with her kid playing around hitting objects, throwing stuffs , making loud noises. She was more focusing on her kid than the interview. I have never had a such unpleasant interview experience in my whole entire career. I am very disappointed. The whole interview I was talking to myself ,I am pretty sure the interviewer never heard a word of what I said because she was focusing the whole time on her kid. Thank you for the opportunity and please avoid that interviewer to future candidates.
