The whole process from application to offer took less than three weeks, and it was a pretty straightforward experience. It was nice because unlike other places where you wait around and get no response, this was quick and easy.

The people I interviewed with were really genuine and friendly. I had some technical issues on my end, but they were understanding and supportive. They asked a lot of questions about solving real-time problems and also included many behavioral questions.

It was a phone call. They didn't ask too many questions and didn't give much information. Pretty much just asked where I live and how far I was willing to travel. They mentioned that to make more money hourly, the way to go was to sign up to set up a lot of auctions. Apparently, if you show up, agree to jobs, and accept last-minute jobs, you're seen as more valuable. I was the one asking most of the questions during the call. The interviewer did ask if I had a smart phone, home internet, and a tablet or computer.

After submitting my application online, I was sent some reading material about common questions from buyers and sellers. I was then tested on those questions and answers. After that, an HR person called me for a phone chat. Once we finished talking, I got an offer, accepted it, got a contract, signed and sent it back. Then I got some training before I started working on site.
