Intern
It was okay. Not that difficult. Just like the normal interview session. just had to introduce yourself, why you want to work there etc. With plenty of practice questions, you can just nail it.
- Tell me about yourself, your 5-year outlook, and your strengths and weaknesses.
- Introduce yourself, discuss your future aspirations in 5 years, and outline your strengths and weaknesses.
- Can you introduce yourself, share your 5-year plan, and describe your strengths and weaknesses?
Call Centre Agent
It was a phone interview where they asked a lot of questions about selling and upgrading skills to sell their product and services. They presented many scenarios and mostly wanted to know about flexibility for working on weekends. They didn't specify much on work benefits.
- Can you work on weekends?
SAS Programmer
So, I had this interview, and it went pretty well overall. They focused a lot on situational questions, asking me to describe how I'd handle certain scenarios. It was more about understanding my thought process and how I approach problems.
- Can you share an instance of a challenging situation you encountered and how you managed it?
- Describe a time you had to deal with a difficult stakeholder and outline your actions.
- What is your strategy for handling situations with competing priorities?
Director
It was one round, technical and commercial, about an hour. It was a mix of culture and diverse topics. We discussed backgrounds. It was professional and engaging. Nothing more to add. I disliked that company strategies change, they need to work on stability.
- Can you tell us about yourself and your work experience?
