I applied online and heard back the next Monday. First interview is virtual, recruiter covers the basics, and asks why you want to work there and if you can work weekends. Then, a personality assessment. Recruiter calls to schedule the second interview. Second interview is in person with the hiring manager, discussing the position and pay, and asking about your experience and why you want to work there.

The hiring process involved 3 interviews. It kicked off with a phone chat, followed by a Zoom interview, and the final stage was also conducted over Zoom. If successful, you'd then head to Texas for a 3-week training program.

Behavioral Presentation

You really feel like part of the family as soon as you walk in, and the atmosphere is great! They ask about 7-8 questions, and the conversation just flows from there. They explain how the company operates and tell you about the compensation and so on. It's a great interview process because it helps you figure out if you truly want to do the job, as it's not for everyone. If you've got the drive, competitive spirit, good work ethics, and a great attitude, this job is definitely for you. I can really see myself having a rewarding career with MaxHome!
