Behavioral Other

The store Manager I interviewed with was really nice and seemed to know her stuff. She asked me questions about my background and also about me as a person. Since I've been a store manager before, I like it when a company does this because they want to see if you can handle the job and if you'll fit in with the team and the store's vibe.

Behavioral Presentation

I applied online and the company called me the same day. After that, I had a 30-minute phone interview. The following week, the company president flew in to interview me. A few days later, I spoke with the Regional Manager on the phone. The next day, I was offered the position. I accepted and started the following Monday. The store was a high-volume location that was understaffed and without a manager, which likely sped up the process.

Behavioral Case

It was very professional, they expect high quality performance. I was interviewed by two ladies, the manager for the new store and a regional manager. They both asked a series of questions and told me what they were expecting from their associates. The interview went well and I got the offer to join the team.
