Help Desk Technician
The application was submitted online. They reached out via email to arrange a video chat with HR, and then I had an in-person meeting pretty soon after the video interview. The team was really friendly.
- Describe your approach to resolving an asset issue.
- What steps do you take to solve an asset issue?
Service Center Consultant
The interview process was very straightforward. I interviewed with Melissa. She made me feel important and described the benefits of working with Max and being part of their family. As I was assured when I first arrived, I was greeted at the branch and even told good luck by one of the team members on my way to the HR office. Melissa answered each of my concerns by being honest and upfront and very detailed about the position and what it has to offer. I didn't have many questions after all since she was very informative. This was the first of two interviews if I am selected to go forward in the hiring process. I feel confident and have no doubt that I want to be a part of this family and grow in my career with Max after having such a great opportunity to meet and interview for this company.
- What is something interesting you learned about a coworker?
Member Service Representative
I talked with three women, all nice. I felt it went really well and they said it went great, but I didn't get an offer. So, until you get the offer, don't believe it just because you think it went well and they say it did.
- What standard questions do you ask everyone?
Member Service Consultant
The first interview was really engaging and enjoyable. The staff made a real effort to make me feel comfortable and welcome. They emphasized that if I felt the role wasn't the right fit, it was okay to say so, as they wanted me to be sure about committing to a career with them. The second interview felt more like a casual chat. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I think it's a great place to work.
- Describe a situation where you experienced a conflict with your supervisor and explain how you resolved it.
