it was nice, the lady that interviewed me was kind and respectful. She wasn’t saying one word but continued to make conversations. She asked me probably like 15 questions but if you practiced then it was just an average interview.

I set up the interview myself online. It was a virtual interview and took under 30 minutes. They asked some general questions and I got to ask about the company.

My first interaction was a phone call with a recruiter who arranged it. She seemed a bit new to the job and stuck to the usual questions. She struggled with an unusual issue about my start date and asked a question that didn't make sense. It felt like she wouldn't pass my resume along because of her lack of experience with that specific situation.

I did a 30-minute virtual call with the recruiter first, which was mostly about logistics and making sure I was a good fit time-wise. After that, I had an on-site interview with two of the partners where they asked me questions about my resume and experience in a very casual chat.
