Behavioral Technical Case

The interview process was really long. They didn't pay for my travel, which was a whole day. I felt like I nailed it, but didn't hear anything back until they'd already given the job away two weeks later. It was four one-on-one interviews with people who work there, and they all asked different questions. One person asked about my resume and past experiences, another gave me intelligence tests, and another asked a bunch of behavioral questions.

Behavioral Technical

So I initially met the company at a career fair at my university, and I also got a referral from someone who works there. The whole interview process felt pretty long and drawn out. My first phone call happened pretty quickly, within a week of the career fair. That first call was mostly behavioral, just asking about my background, my studies, and why I was interested in the company. After that, I had two more phone interviews over about a month, which were more about how I approach and solve problems. Then, I had a full day of interviews in Chicago where I met with four different people. The first two meetings were behavioral again, similar to the first call, and the last two interviews focused entirely on problem-solving. I did notice that communication between interviewers seemed a bit off, as I was asked the same questions multiple times and gave pretty much the same answers each time. Oh, and I also had to do a background check.

Behavioral Technical Case Other

Got an interview through campus. First, there was a quick call with HR. Then, a few weeks later, I had a phone interview with a mid-level consultant. They asked me behavioral questions and case questions about quality assurance for a salt/pepper shaker maker. We talked about production components, how to find defects, and reporting errors to a boss. They also threw in some creativity/critical thinking questions. After that, I was supposed to go to Chicago for interviews with eLoyalty people of different levels. Still haven't gone, and it's weird they don't cover travel.
