Behavioral Technical Presentation

It took about 3-4 weeks since I started around the holidays. I was referred by an existing employee to a recruiter. They reviewed my resume and then we had a 30-min call about my background and qualifications. The recruiter mentioned she was hiring for an AMM role and would pass my info to the hiring manager, noting I wasn't as analytical as they usually look for. A few days later, I had a 30-min chat with the hiring manager about my experience and fit for the role. Then, I had 3 separate 30-min interviews: one with my boss (whom I'd already spoken with), one with my peer on the same team, and one with the Director (my boss's boss). The questions were pretty standard, except the Director asked me to sell her a water bottle, which was fun. Otherwise, it was all pretty standard.

Behavioral Technical Case

I applied online and an HR rep reached out. We did one phone interview, then two FaceTime interviews. I was supposed to have in-person interviews with four associates, but when I got there, an HR rep told me in front of everyone that they were cancelled. I showed her the email she sent me, and she said another rep was supposed to tell me they were cancelled. The next day, that other rep emailed to apologize and said she'd meet with the team to talk about candidates. Apparently, the FaceTime interviews were supposed to replace the in-person ones, but I wasn't told. She said she'd get back to me by the end of that week or early next week. That was a month ago. I emailed last week and still haven't heard back. It was really unprofessional and disrespectful of my time.

It was a very casual, short interview, under 30 minutes. Three people were present, but only one spoke to me. They asked really general questions and it felt like they weren't seriously considering me, I'm not sure why they even had the interview.
