The company is small, with around 100-200 employees, part of a larger corporation. Since it's a small marketing team, I met with all the marketing managers as I'd be working with them. The interview was pretty standard, no tricks. They seemed to make up their mind early on, and if they liked me, we'd just chat about non-work stuff like families and TV. It was a really relaxed vibe, they made me feel super comfortable.

I was first reached out to by email. Since I was traveling but would be back in a few weeks, they were super flexible and scheduled my interview for when I returned. The process involved an initial chat with my potential manager, followed by a meeting with two future teammates who discussed the role with me. Finally, I had a conversation with someone from HR. About two weeks after that, they let me know I didn't get the job.

Behavioral Technical

I got called in for back-to-back interviews with two different people. First, I chatted with one person for about 30 minutes, and then a different person for another 30 minutes (they were the senior manager and marketing director). They were both really nice and the questions weren't super hard. Then, I got asked back for a second round, which was the final one, with a specific team (this time, the hot wheels group). It was about an hour long with two more interviewers back-to-back (associate managers of global brand marketing). It wasn't too tough, the questions were pretty standard, and I thought it went pretty well. After two weeks, I still hadn't heard anything, so I reached out. The recruiter finally got back to me and said I didn't get it. Honestly, I was a bit bummed they didn't let me know sooner because I probably wouldn't have heard from them for ages if I hadn't followed up. All in all, it was a decent experience and they seemed organized, but I was disappointed not to get the internship.
