Behavioral Technical Presentation

During my job interview, I started by discussing my skills and professional background. I explained how my extensive experience in the field of design has been developed through years of study and practice. We discussed my previous work experiences, focusing on the projects I've completed and the skills I've acquired. Afterward, I shared my vision of design. I expressed my belief that design isn't just about aesthetics, but rather a way to solve problems and improve the human experience. This aspect of design, in my opinion, is fundamental to creating effective and meaningful solutions. The discussion was quite informal and allowed me to illustrate how my approach can positively contribute to the company.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I had an initial phone chat that was basically to check if my portfolio was actually mine and if I had any projects that could be relevant but didn't make the cut because of space. Then, I had another video interview with the heads of the departments I'd be working with. They asked me a bunch of questions that seemed to be more about whether I'd fit in with the team culture since they had already seen my work. I was asked to walk them through one project from the very beginning to the very end. It was a pretty simple interview, and I thought all the questions made sense and were fair.

I had 3 virtual interviews all in one week. First was a phone call with the recruiter, then I met with the Hiring Managers, and the last one was with the Creative Director. Everyone was super friendly. I thought the interviews had gone well, but after 3 weeks, I got an email saying the requisition had been canceled.
