I went through two interviews for this role. The first one was about my background and it went really well. The second interview was a bit intense, I felt like the interviewer was trying to intimidate me, but I just kept going and did my best to talk about my experience. It was a fast process overall.

The whole thing took over two months from when I applied. Pretty much a waste of time with awful communication. I did two rounds of online/video interviews. For the second round, I had to do a presentation and complete a task beforehand. They said I'd hear back by a certain time but didn't. When HR finally got in touch, they said they were seriously considering an offer and I'd know in a week. Never heard back and then saw the jobs advertised again.

Had a phone call, then a skype chat, and finally an in-person meeting with the current manager. Each of these steps lasted between 30 minutes and an hour. They were really focused on my experience, asking for examples and case scenarios. Since it was a bilingual role, they asked questions in both languages. They also asked about my overall personality, background, and personal goals.
