Matrix Comsec usually conducts its recruitment process on Saturdays. I applied because I was keen on embedded systems. First, there are two written tests: one for general aptitude and another for C programming. Passing these leads to a technical interview focusing mainly on C and a bit on C++. If successful, a second technical interview follows, which can cover any electronics-related topic from your engineering studies. The final stage is an HR interview. I unfortunately didn't pass the second technical round due to my lack of knowledge in networking concepts, which weren't covered in college. A strong grasp of C is crucial for getting hired here. Good luck with your interviews!
