Had a call with a recruiter to chat about my background, then they scheduled me to come into the office. I met with two women who seemed ready for the interview. After that, two more managers joined us. I was there for a few hours. After the interviews, HR sent me some standard online paperwork, but then I never heard back from Matrix. It was a bit disappointing because the interview went well, and HR even followed up, especially since I came prepared and know a good amount about claims and FMLA. It would have been nice to at least get an update.

Behavioral Presentation

I interviewed with the contact center manager and a supervisor. It was professional, informative, and encouraging. The manager really knows this company and her enthusiasm was refreshing, making me even more excited about the possibility of working here. They asked me questions about myself and my views on customer service, emphasizing empathy, which I admire. I read a short script portion, about a paragraph. The interview continued with standard questions and ended well. I shook hands with them and got the job offer about a week later.

I had a phone interview first. The recruiter was super disorganized, I could email her and not get a response for two days. After the phone interview, I was asked to do a one-way interview on Spark Hire with four basic questions. It was pretty easy. I emailed the recruiter after finishing it but still haven't heard back about whether I'm moving on or not. Worst experience ever, they should at least let you know if you're not being considered.

After applying online, I was invited in for an in-person interview right away. I got there a little early, but had to wait in the lobby for about 30 minutes before the hiring manager came to get me. I met with two people and they asked me standard behavioral questions, digging into my previous work history. I thought it went really well.
