First, a recruiter from the company called me for a phone screening. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager. Then, I went through a third round with some important people from the company, and after that, I interviewed with the hiring manager again. Everything was online and finished within three weeks.

I had two calls with two different people. The first call was pretty casual. They told me about the role and asked me to introduce myself. Then I had a second call with about five behavioral questions.

Behavioral Technical

Worst interview experience ever. It was 3 rounds total. Started with a recruiter call to check for basic fit. Then, I interviewed with the head of global operations for credit, who asked about my experience and understanding of the role. The final round was an in-person interview with 4 people, which lasted about 3.5 hours. Pay was never discussed, even when I asked in the final round. Only 2 of the 4 interviewers were directly related to my job duties. I never heard back after the final round, I was ghosted. Don't interview with them, it's a huge waste of time.

Technical Coding

I was contacted by a recruiter for a financial analyst position. They said my resume was a great fit and they needed to hire quickly. I had an hour-long interview that included an Excel test and a brain teaser. Afterwards, I was informed that the role was actually a data analyst role, not related to FP&A or finance at all. Then I was ghosted. It was a complete waste of my time.
