The interview process was very warm and welcoming, just study and freshen up those math skills! Make sure to talk to the owner of the franchise beforehand and form a relationship!

I applied online and then had a phone interview. After that, they invited me for an in-person interview where they gave me a tour and then asked me to fill out a paper application. The application asked for my salary history, which made me uncomfortable because I knew it was illegal in Illinois. I emailed them about it, and they said they would forward it to HR but didn't apologize. So, I replied that I was withdrawing my application and reporting them. Then, the interviewer emailed me blaming me for not speaking up earlier. I think it might have been an honest mistake since they have locations outside Illinois, but the way they handled it was really disturbing.

Behavioral Other

There were two team interviews, one with the manager on the team and another with a different company leader, both via Teams. Then, there was an in-person meeting to discuss the job role and contract details. A lot of admin stuff needed to be done before I could start.
