You begin by submitting your application through the company website. Then there's a phone interview, followed by 1-2 in-person interviews. They'll also check your references, usually 2-3 depending on the specific position. If all goes well, an offer will be made. After that, there's a background check, a drug screening, and potentially a TB test and physical exam, with the latter two depending on the location.

I had a phone screen that was about a half hour and it went well. Then I met my direct supervisor, and that interview was okay and ended on a positive note. They mentioned they have a long hiring process and kept some of my previous work examples. After that, HR called to set up a second interview with another director, which went great and was very positive. HR then asked for my references and to meet with them. I exchanged emails with HR, and she said she'd check with the team and get back to me, but never did. It's understandable if I didn't get the job, but they should have let me know, especially after four interviews and asking for references.

I had a phone chat with HR first, and they quickly got back to me about coming in for a proper interview. So I went in the morning and met with three people, including the HR person. They handled my parking, and asked me how I felt the interview went. The first person I spoke with was great. The second person had a bunch of questions and kept moving to the next one before I could finish answering. Still, I felt good leaving. They emailed me a week later saying they chose someone else. Then about a month later, I saw the same job ad again online.

I applied and got a call a week later from the recruiter for a Phone Interview. I passed that, and the following week, they scheduled video interviews with 2 direct managers and the HR manager. I was told they'd let me know about the next steps in a couple of days. I didn't hear back, so I reached out, and they said they were still interviewing other people and would update me on the progress. Two months later, still nothing. It's so disrespectful. We take time out of our own day for them, but they can't even give you an update. The job keeps getting reposted every other week. My interview went very well, but I'm not sure why they would ghost candidates. It's very unprofessional. My application status still says 'in progress,' so I don't even know if I got rejected. They keep you on their dashboard as a backup in case they don't find someone better. They tell you they need to fill the position ASAP, but it's all lies. STAY AWAY.
