Product Manager
I respectfully request that MathCo HR please stop ghosting candidates. Despite good interview feedback in both rounds, really not sure why people ghost candidates. Respecting people's time is very important. It can be for an experienced person or a fresher. Just make it clear and give some closure to them.

Product Manager
The interview process was unstructured and lacked communication. I made it through the first round, and the discussion was positive. They mentioned I was shortlisted, but after several follow-ups, they didn't even indicate if my application was proceeding. Many companies would at least send an automated rejection email.
- Can you share your experience?
- What are some challenges you've faced?
- Can you describe a situational question?
Product Manager
The interview experience was positive overall. The HR and interviewer were professional and supportive. While the specific reasons for disqualification weren't provided, the process itself was satisfactory. It's noted that companies don't always disclose disqualification reasons, and it's not a personal matter. The only feedback is to inform candidates why they were disqualified. Despite not moving forward, MathCo is considered a great company, and future openings will be considered.
- Tell me about a past project using a case study format.
- Can you walk me through an example case study?
