The interview process involved initial discussions about my past projects, followed by a technical assessment. This included solving a few data structure and algorithm (DSA) problems, along with questions focused on SQL. They also asked about my knowledge in specialized courses I've taken, like blockchain. Additionally, there was a pen-and-paper segment with two DSA problems and some other technical questions.

In my technical interview, the panelist asked one basic logical question, followed by project-based questions. There was also one medium SQL question and a basic programming question. Then, they asked several case-based questions about how to optimize or increase Uber's income. They were looking for multiple points, but my answers were satisfactory, and I passed easily.

Technical Coding Behavioral

Had an online test covering aptitude, SQL, and spoken English. Then a technical interview focusing on basic Python, SQL, and analogies. Finally, an HR interview asking about why Mathco, career goals, and some tricky 'if-then' scenarios with business examples. There were 3 rounds total, with selection after each one. If you don't get the Python/Java/C code right, try to explain your logic with pseudocode. Be confident, don't bluff, and admit if you don't know something.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Python pattern printing question, like an inverted pyramid
  • Can you write a Python program for an inverted pyramid pattern?
