Behavioral Technical

The interview process mainly involved a phone call where they asked about my work experience and other job-related questions to check my qualifications. After the phone interview, there was an in-person meeting. This in-person part felt like a meet and greet, and I got the vibe an offer was coming. I ended up declining the offer because the company couldn't provide details on bonus structure and equipment sales, the benefits were quite poor, and the salary wasn't competitive.

I signed up with Ronstad for a temporary gig, but they ended up passing me over to Impact Outsourcing Solutions. Me and some other folks had to fill out some papers and were told we'd hear back. It took about three weeks before I got a call to do a drug test and an IQ test. Then, another two weeks went by before they called me for orientation.

You first talk to someone from a temp agency, then you do a background check and a drug test. After that, you fill out a long application and wait for them to call you back, which they usually do pretty quickly. Then, you have to go in for some tests. These tests cover electrical dexterity, safety, and other things they think are important for the job. You'll also need to read a work instruction and wire it up correctly to make it light up. If you mess this part up, you're out automatically.
