It took a while from applying to getting an interview. You'll talk with different folks on the team. It really helps if you know someone at the company; most people get hired through referrals. I think they keep your resume on file and look for a good match later. So even if the current jobs aren't a perfect fit, it might still be worth applying.

I went through a few interviews for this role at Masterworks. It involved making a presentation and doing a two-hour assessment. They kept saying they wanted to hire fast. After I finished everything, they just stopped talking to me. I tried reaching out a few times but got no reply. It felt unprofessional to be ghosted after putting in so much effort, especially when they pushed for speed. I wouldn't recommend interviewing here unless they start respecting candidates' time.

So first I did this recorded online interview, which was whatever. Then they hit me up with a phone interview that was super short, like 10 minutes, and pretty chill. After that, I had a full 45 minute interview where I had to do a mock cold call, but I bailed cuz I didn't want the job anyway.

The recruiter reached out on Linkedin and we had an initial phone screen. Then there was a technical interview with an engineer. The final round had multiple parts. Overall, it was a pretty standard interview process, done partly over the phone and partly over video.
