I had a phone interview with the VP of sales that went really well. He then set up another interview with me right after, which was a video call with him and another person. The second interviewer was hostile and asked a couple of questions before abruptly ending the interview to do something else. The rest of the time was spent with me asking questions that he didn't really want to answer. The whole thing was only 15 minutes. I suspect they just wanted to see if I was attractive or young enough for the role. I feel like I dodged a bullet, but I did take the whole morning off work. It was rude, and I might ask for a picture with my resume next time.

I didn't actually have an interview. They just gave me some evaluation exercises, and then told me I didn't pass. It feels like a job with a high turnover rate, and the interviewers just want to get you in and out quickly.

Probably the most horrible staffing agency I’ve ever used. Read somewhere on indeed about how they’re probably just farming for people to add into their database for $ and it’s very accurate. Recently applied for a position, went into their office the next day to submit my paperwork, interview, finish all the comprehension and drug testings then was told to wait for a call for orientation. Sent an email about 3 days after the initial office visit for a follow up - NO RESPONSE even though it was the proper email listed on my welcome packet and given for questions I may have along the way. Because I couldn’t reach them through email, called them the next day and was told that there was a recent issue on their side and that my orientation date was pushed back but I was still eligible and to wait until next Monday. Week 2 arrives and still nothing. Was job hunting and saw them post the same recruitment post for the same position AGAIN and yet no follow-up? Sketchy. Thought about giving them one final call to check up on my status but pretty sure it’s not a company that I would want to continue to work with seeing how terrible the applicant process has already been. Dishonest, a scam, and such a time waste.

The interview process was thorough and complete, from both my candidate perspective and I feel from the company's perspective. A full 3 rounds of interviews before the offer was extended. No negotiation on the end of the offer, although in a tough job market at the time the offer was fair.
