The interview process was pretty standard. They asked the usual questions, and it wasn't a long process. I was told I got the job right after the interview finished. The interviewer was friendly and made the whole thing feel comfortable.
- Can you tell me three words that describe you?

I sent in my application online and after a couple days they got back to me via email to set up an interview. We ended up having two interviews. They mentioned they were fully staffed.
- Can you explain the distinction between annual and perennial plants?

The interview process was quick and straightforward. It mainly consisted of basic questions about my skills, capabilities, and availability. I felt a good connection with the interviewer, and I believe she decided she wanted to hire me. I might have given her the impression I grow weed (which I don't) when I said I prefer growing green plants over flowering plants, but I actually meant I like houseplants more than outdoor flower gardens. Despite that, she still offered me the job.
- Can you tell me about your skills and capabilities?
- What is your availability?
- What's the biggest challenge when working with a planogram for the first time?

I saw an ad on Craigslist. The manager called me and asked me to come in for an interview at the store. We met at the Home Depot store where I'd be working. She asked me some questions, gave me a tour, and then asked me to fill out an application. She told me to come back in two weeks to start the job.
- Can you describe your experience with plants in a greenhouse setting?
- What are your skills in plant maintenance?
- What availability do you have in terms of hours?
