So I had this screening chat with the recruiter and then the hiring manager. After that, I was given an assignment/case study that was basically like some of the tasks I'd do on the job. Then there was another interview with two of my potential colleagues where I had to give a presentation. The last interview was with the head of the department.

Behavioral Other

The interview process was very long and felt very unorganized. I applied at the end of July and had two interviews that took 3 months to schedule. For my second interview, I was kept up to date weekly, but that did not take away from the sheer lack of urgency for them to meet candidates. Any candidate interviewing with multiple companies (as I was) will be put in the position of having an offer but still in limbo with the Foundation due to their delays and weak process.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process took quite a while. I talked to about 5 or 6 different people over a 2-3 week period, and then they paused the recruitment and withdrew the job. The process also involved doing two cognitive tests and writing a short essay about how to fix delivery problems and grow operations.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was nice, but it took a long time. There were 4 stages: a verification call with HR, and then 3 other stages. However, the communication after the interviews was really bad and showed they didn't care about my time. They missed deadlines for communication multiple times. It's a shame that the first impression of someone joining the company is feeling like your time isn't valued. I did like the interview itself, aside from all the communication problems.
