I got an email confirmation to set up the interview and we scheduled a time. Then the HR person called me to ask about myself and introduce the company. After that, we video called with the manager to learn more about the role and my previous experience.

Got a call from an assistant to set up a date, then had interviews. I talked with 2 execs one-on-one. They called to say I got the job and sent an offer. Started on the first day and filled out paperwork.

The interview process was quick and straightforward. They had good references but, unfortunately, didn't verify any of them. It's a shame because they really need people who will just do what the VPs tell them. To attract and keep good employees, companies need to treat them better. But overall, the process itself was fine.

I was emailed to set up a phone interview for about a week later. I followed up the day before to see if it was still happening, since I hadn't heard back. Then, less than thirty minutes before it was supposed to start, I got an email with a Zoom link for a video interview. It all felt pretty disorganized, which is what I'd heard about working there.
