HR reached out and we set up an interview. Right after that interview, I got an offer, which I took quickly. The whole recruitment was super fast and smooth. I was happy with how it all went.

Got an interview request the same week I applied. The interview was scheduled for two weeks later, but it got pushed back another week because the interviewer was traveling. My first interview with the Growth Hacker was good, and I was moved to the next interview. The next interview was with the Strategic Operations Manager about a week later. This interview went well, too, except for one big red flag. When I asked about company culture, he said the work environment was known to be toxic, though he hadn't seen it himself. I thought it was weird that he'd bring that up in an interview, especially if they want to hire someone. I was told I was moving on, but I never heard back from anyone at the company, and it's been weeks. That's fine, though, because I'd rather avoid a potentially toxic environment. The whole interviewing process seems really disorganized.

The interview process was okay. I was told it was positive and I would receive an offer after meeting the CEO. I was informed on Saturday that the meeting was scheduled for the next day, Sunday. I was unavailable and requested a reschedule. I then found out I was eliminated simply for requesting to reschedule the unexpected meeting. The stated reason was that the CEO's time is too valuable to reschedule. Based on my interview experience, they disregard personal time, expecting employees to be available and work whenever the CEO desires, which I find unreasonable.

I interviewed twice for a Manager role. The first interview was with an HR specialist, and the second was with the Hiring Director and an HR specialist. I asked about feedback on my application, but the company never sent it. After four months, I reached out to inquire about the process and found out they had already hired someone. They sent a standard rejection email without an apology for the lack of feedback. Companies should respect candidates' time and effort during interviews. I'm glad I didn't end up working for such a company.
