communication was not good, got a text 2 weeks later asking me to do an Excel assessment. Instructions were not clear until the assignment came via email, at which point I was told I could use SQL if I imported the CSVs myself. The questions themselves are okay, but the tools are old. If SQL or Python is an option, it should be through official links so I don't waste time setting it up. Using Excel for these assessments is a bad idea.

It was a smooth behavioral interview with the manager, and they were very friendly. The whole process took about two weeks, but I was eager to hear back. There was only one round, which was great. The questions were typical, asking about my experience.

HR first pinged me via text and asked me to send my resume, even though I'd already attached it to my application. Then, I had to do an hour-long Excel test. After that, I was totally ghosted by HR. I don't think I bombed the assessment, but maybe it was bad enough that they just decided to ignore me.
