First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Mass Vision.
Marketing
Be aware that this company shares an address with many others, and I received two interview requests from the same address but different company names. The positive reviews seem fake, as the language matches many other company reviews on Glassdoor. There's a review about someone having a migraine, and they helped them in many companies. I went the first time because I didn't know, and they'll say they are "expanding" because the office is small, making it seem like a large company, but it's not. Even Gmail marks their emails as spam. If you're genuinely looking for a good career opportunity, don't waste your time and travel money here.
- What would your friends say about you?
Customer Service Associate
I went in for an interview and there were four other people my age there. It took about 30-40 minutes before I got to talk to one of the hiring managers. She was nice but didn't explain much about what the company does, just said they were training people to be managers in 6-18 months, which felt a bit off. The office didn't seem very professional, no signs. They called me later that day to come in for a full day of training, but after checking Glassdoor, I declined because it wasn't what I was looking for.
- How important are company culture, pay, and the chance to move up to you?
Sales and Marketing
I applied online and was contacted by email. They sent an email with several dates and times for an interview, making it seem like they had a lot of interviews. But when the interview day came, the office and the people working there were not professional. The job wasn't what was advertised online. It turned out to be a door-to-door sales job, which I wasn't interested in. Their job postings and interview process felt like a trap. I would avoid this.
- What would your friends say about you?
Sales Representative
The interview process was quite smooth and brief. When I arrived, they were interviewing other candidates, and more were waiting to be interviewed. The interviewer was pleasant and professional. The interview was short, and they inquired about some of my skills. My advice is to just be yourself.
