I had a Zoom interview with two people, one from HR and the person who previously held the role. The HR person started by introducing everyone, asking about my background, and then threw in a behavioral question. Since it was my first interview in ages, I wasn't sure what a "behavioral interview" was. I figured out later they were probably testing my analytical skills with questions about difficult situations or flawed assumptions. I answered plainly and probably messed up my chances. Oh well, too late now.
