The interview process had 3 rounds plus an assessment. The assessment involved analyzing 2 datasets, finding insights using KPIs, and creating visuals. You then had to present your findings in the second round. If you passed that, you would move on to the final round.

There were 3 rounds of interviews. The first round was an introductory zoom call with two people. The interview process was simple but it was not a good experience. One interviewer was rude, super disrespectful and even interrupted me while speaking. A frustrating waste of time.

The entire interview process was a disaster from the start. It kicked off with a recruiter who was pretty rude in the first round, which made things super awkward. It was supposed to be just a one-on-one, but then, 20 minutes into a 30-minute interview, she unexpectedly brought another person in. It wasn't just unprofessional; having to re-explain everything to this new person totally threw me off. Then, I surprisingly got to the final round to meet the CEO and VP of Operations. Just a few days before, the recruiter sent a message essentially telling me not to waste their valuable time. How ironic! They ended up canceling on me 3 minutes AFTER the interview was supposed to start, citing that 'demands required them to be elsewhere.' Obviously, I pulled my application. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. It was a complete waste of time.

Applied online and got a call for an interview within a week. The process was pretty standard with usual questions like "walk me through your resume." The interview went well and the CEO seemed to like me and said he'd let me know about another interview in a week or two. However, after following up multiple times, I never heard back. It's basic courtesy to let candidates know the outcome, so I was quite disappointed.
