The interview process was alright. It got a bit weird after the second interview when I met with the HR person. I wasn't sure about my status at that point. The HR person mainly asked personal questions and then didn't say anything about where things stood.

I felt the interview was informal and nice. The supervisors were nice and polite when asking questions. Sometimes they asked personal questions about hobbies but I felt very comfortable in the interview. Just be yourself, they want genuine people working with the clients.

Behavioral Case

I got contacted by phone, and they told me about the job. Then we set up an in-person interview. When I got there, I had to fill out an application with my job history and references. After that, two ladies interviewed me for over 30 minutes. They asked about my experience, some case scenarios, my strengths/weaknesses, and my goals/hobbies. I thought it went well because of my experience, but when I mentioned grad school, one interviewer kept questioning my ability to do both, as they want someone committed for two years with a fixed schedule and available 24/7 on-call, which wasn't mentioned before.
