The interview will be conducted over Zoom initially due to post-COVID circumstances. You'll get an email to schedule your visit, and then you'll come in person to check out the facility. You'll meet some of the current staff and spend some time playing with the kids. After that, you'll have another meeting with the supervisor where they'll ask you more questions and you'll have the opportunity to ask them questions as well.
