Communications Coordinator
The interview process was pretty painless. It started with a 30-minute phone screen with HR. After that, I was invited in to meet in person with the manager and department head. The questions were fairly basic, covering topics like my interest in working there and my reasons for leaving my current job.
- What attracts you to MMC?
- Can you share your reasons for departing from your present role?
College Relations Associate
I first had a phone call with MMC, and then I went in for an in-person interview. While I was there, I met with an HR person and some people from the Advancement team. The whole process felt quick and went smoothly. The HR people were really helpful and always got back to me when I had questions or wanted to know where things stood with the hiring.
- Are you open to working hours beyond the standard 9-to-5, Monday through Friday?
Assistant to the Vice President
After I applied online I got called in for an in-person interview. I met with HR for a casual chat. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected to move on to a more formal interview.
- Can you tell me about your administrative abilities?
- What are your organizational skills like?
Media Center Coordinator
First I met with the department coordinator who checked my knowledge about AV and Production equipment. Then, the school showed me what the department needed.
