The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple. Most of the interview questions were based on work experience and day-to-day tasks, like how you would handle a lot of work, how you work with others, and customer service skills. I was interviewed by the manager and the supervisor of the department, and they were both extremely polite and very nice.

First I spoke with HR, which was straightforward. They offered several interview slots to choose from. I answered some questions from HR and asked a few back. That meeting was under an hour. Then I met with the hiring manager and two other employees. This meeting went over an hour. They asked me several questions, but it felt more like a conversation, which was nice. Overall, a pretty positive experience.

Behavioral Presentation

Application was submitted several weeks ago, and it took 4-5 weeks to get an interview. The interview was a panel of 3 people, including the manager, and it lasted about 45 minutes. Each person asked 2-3 questions and took notes. After the interview, it took 5-6 weeks to hear back, and they said they hadn't decided yet. I followed up again after another 4 weeks, and they told me they had hired someone. I mentioned I should have been notified since I interviewed. A few days later, I got an email saying I wasn't hired.
