It was a panel interview where each person took turns asking questions. I also had to do a 5-minute presentation. They also had me print out a lot of paperwork beforehand. Honestly, it felt like a lot of work upfront for a role that wasn't guaranteed, which was pretty frustrating. Having to prep all that and then wait 5 months just to get rejected was a bummer. They really need to speed up the process.
