Applied via Indeed. Had a 40 minute phone screening, two in-person interviews of 90 minutes each, and then a 2 hour online personality assessment. Seemed like they didn't want to reveal much about the environment and culture role or what would satisfy them.

I got a surprise screening call during work hours, not a scheduled interview. The caller asked questions and wrote down the answers. I ended the call and withdrew my application. It was a poor start; I question how they'd treat employees if this is how they recruit.

It was a pretty short interview process. They asked quite a few questions about your interest in Maryhurst as a whole. My suggestion would be to research Maryhurst and what they really do day in and day out. The institution overall is amazing and they want to see that you support their mission and will be enthusiastic about the work.

It was a virtual interview. Two people interviewed me and it was about 20-25 minutes. They asked direct questions. It was mostly typical interview stuff like how I found out about the company, my past experience, and my work ethic. It felt a bit intimidating with two interviewers. I got to ask questions at the end.
