Mental Health Therapist
The hiring process is quite slow for them to even set up an interview, and then the interview itself is an hour long. Most of the people on the panel were quiet, cold, and distant. During the phone screening, I was informed that the hiring process could take up to two months. When I asked about the weekly productivity requirements, they wouldn't provide a specific number, which seemed like a red flag.
- Could you describe what you consider your perfect work environment?
Receptionist
I applied online, sent in my resume and some papers, and then got an email the next day with some HR questions. They also set up an in-person interview. The HR person was nice and answered my questions about the job and where/when to go.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- What makes you want to work for Mary's Center?
- How would you describe your work style?
Dental Assistant
The interview process was very easy. Jen interviewed me and made me feel comfortable answering all the questions. I left the interview feeling confident and excited about joining the team. I can see myself retiring from this company.
- Can you tell me more about your experience?
- In what ways can your skills benefit our company?
