They reach out when they know you are qualified for the role so they are very strategic with their interview process and don't like to waste peoples time. They are honest and transparent throughout the entire process and if you don't get the role they hold your resume and will reach out if something else aligns with your expertise.

I applied online and then took an assessment quiz along with some short essay questions about a past automation tool I used. Then I had a screening call with HR. After that, I was asked to write more essays describing my usage and experience with the automation tool. This was followed by an interview with the Hiring Manager, which was technical. I then waited about 1.5 weeks for an interview with the Account Manager (a stakeholder). Things then slowed down considerably, with periodic updates on the stakeholder's final decision. I was eventually told they might be consolidating the work instead of hiring a new headcount. There were no further updates after that. Although the TA kept giving me feedback throughout the process, it's disappointing that they lacked accountability and suddenly froze hiring after I went through all that work.

I got an automated email to schedule an interview, and I had to reply with the date and time. The first interview was a GMeet with the HR recruiter. Then, she emailed me to set up a quick 5-10 minute follow-up phone call. She gave me some helpful feedback for the next interview, which was with the COO. He was pretty cold and not friendly, and the conversation was awkward and didn't flow. He didn't try to make me feel comfortable at all. He mentioned I'd hear back either way, but I haven't heard anything since.

I applied and got an auto-email confirmation the same day. Later that afternoon, I got a personalized email to schedule the first interview using their easy online system. The first interview was laid-back with a senior person who was great, shared company history, job details, and answered all my questions. They also asked some really creative questions alongside the usual ones. I actually liked this interview. They asked me for a second interview with the founder a week later. This one was way more in-depth about the job specifics, asking for examples of how a candidate could do well, and the founder's expectations. It was a high-level, intellectual chat, and I left feeling super pumped about possibly working with such a skilled, communicative, and professional team. After that, I had a third interview with another senior manager. This final one was also really comfortable, and the director was awesome. The whole process was super organized, and I felt informed and at ease. The initial contact kept me updated over the ten days of interviews. I also appreciated how quickly, honestly, and with integrity they let me know they wouldn't be making an offer this time.
