Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty standard interview process. They asked five behavioral questions focused on my personality and how I function in a team. They also wanted to know what I knew about the company and how they get their products.

The interview was good if I can remember. Questions and requirements that were asked of are 100% related to the job you'd be applying for, nothing over the top just what is expected of the work place

Behavioral Technical

So, the process involved chats with the recruiter, the hiring manager, some team folks, and the GM. Then, it was just radio silence, with them saying they'd get back to me, which took forever. After chasing the recruiter multiple times, I finally got a call saying they picked someone else. Super bummer because I really felt I could do a great job and build a career there. My biggest gripe is how they kept saying I'd be a good fit, the manager liked me, and they were keen to move forward, only to ghost me completely at the very end. It’s unprofessional and just not how you treat people. I took time off, paused other offers, used vacation days, and got zero feedback on why I wasn't chosen. Definitely left a bad taste and won't be looking at their brand positively. On a brighter note, the food was good.

The process started with a quick screening on Indeed, followed by an interview scheduled about two weeks later. It seemed pretty straightforward, and the role felt attainable. Just a heads-up, no specific hours were mentioned.
