First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Martin/Martin.
Civil Engineer
It was an in-person interview with four people total, including myself. The interview lasted 45 minutes, and after that, I met some additional team members in the office. The questions were pretty basic, mostly just getting to know me.
- Could you share about a favorite class from school and explain your reasons?
Marketing Coordinator
It was a standard interview process. The job posting mentioned a lot of different marketing and communications tasks, but the role I ended up interviewing for was actually just focused on proposal work. They asked for samples to see if my experience fit.
- Are you willing to work overtime?
Project Engineer
Great easy interview! Relaxed and professional setting. Multiple interviewers. Straight forward questions in a nice office. Interview went a little long and got a nice tour. Overall nice experience and got a quick offer.
- Could you tell us a bit about yourself?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths and weaknesses?
Senior Structural Engineer
I got an email from them to set up the interview. I had an emergency come up, but they wouldn't work with me. They refused to reschedule. If this is how they treat people during interviews, I can only imagine how poorly their company is managed.
