I initially applied for a coordinator position, and it quickly became apparent during the interviews that I was overqualified. The interview lasted almost two hours and felt quite rigorous for the role's level. Although the team seemed to like me, they didn't have a suitable opening at that moment. Interestingly, they contacted me again over a year later when a different position became available, but I had already accepted another job by then. From what I can tell, the company offers good benefits, but it also appears to be a demanding workplace. My impression was that the interview process was unnecessarily long to assess suitability, especially since it confirmed I was looking for a higher-level role. They weren't wrong, as I later moved into a manager position.

It was a quick interview and the questions were about my past experiences and knowledge of the industry. The turnaround was very fast and the interviewers were knowledgeable and responsive. The overall experience was positive, and while they have a lot of helpful information on their website for potential hires, I wish I'd received more feedback.

I applied for the job in early July 2023 and heard back about two weeks later for an interview. The first interview was with two very laid-back and respectful people. About two weeks after that first interview, I had a second interview that was more about getting to know me. They offered me the job at the end of the second interview, and I accepted.

Behavioral Technical Group

We had 6 candidates, one was virtual. We went to a meeting room near the engineering office and watched a safety video. Then we split into two groups: one group had interviews, the other took a site tour. After that, we all had lunch and switched activities. My group had interviews first, with 3 back-to-back pairs of team members. The interviews included usual questions and some unusual ones. I felt they went well and got verbal confirmation. Lunch was in a meeting room with provided food. It was mostly quiet, except for some interviewers discussing work. I didn't add to the conversation. The other candidates were quiet too. We finished early, so my group went on the site tour while the other group finished interviews. It became a bit disorganized. My site tour guide was from the company's engineering learning program. The tour was fine but ended early because we couldn't see a key area as the person in charge wasn't available. When we got back, the lead interviewer said we were done. This was odd because the schedule mentioned a reflection session, but that didn't happen. I grabbed my stuff and left.
